These were large porcelain slabs and I was apprehensive about the quality of the cuts (having been burned in the past by a cowboy landscaper).  However, Steve took the trouble to put me at ease by giving me a demo of the cut quality before he started work, which as promised, was very good. When it came to doing the job, Steve was able to get a large and well organised team together to do the work very quickly, meaning less disruption for my wife and I, who both work from home.  He made sure all relevant areas were well protected both inside and outside the house.  The quality of the workmanship was to a great standard as well.  Steve and the team also left the site in an excellent condition and cleaned up carefully after each day on the job. Overall, I’d recommend using Steve. The quality of the work and the service was very good, and I plan to ask him to quote when the time comes to redoing our front driveway.
